Due to the nature of our monthly mail subscription, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your letter arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at lunarandleaf@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will happily work with you to resolve the issue.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Once a monthly letter has been dispatched, refunds cannot be issued for that month.

Luna and Leaf
Thank you for subscribing to Luna and Leaf. Each letter is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged, and we are committed to making sure it reaches you safely.
Luna and Leaf is a monthly mail subscription.
All letters are shipped at the end of each month.
To receive that month’s letter, subscriptions must be purchased before the final dispatch date of that month. Orders placed after dispatch has occurred will receive the following month’s letter.
As this is a subscription-based product, individual processing times do not apply. All orders are prepared together and dispatched in one monthly mailing.
Letters are sent via standard postal services through Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by postal delays beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location.
For prepaid annual subscriptions, shipping is included in your initial purchase unless otherwise stated.
If your letter has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at lunaandleaf75@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Once mail has been handed over to Australia Post, Luna and Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Luna and Leaf is not responsible for items sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you need to update your address, please do so before the end-of-month dispatch date.
